麻湧住建局領導到中糧東莞項目檢查指導工作

7月20日，東(dong) 莞麻湧住房規劃建設局副局長胡友軍(jun) 一行，在中糧（東(dong) 莞）糧油有限公司工程總監徐安龍等陪同下，來到江蘇省安中糧（東(dong) 莞）榨油廠二期工程施工現場，檢查指導安全生產(chan) 工作。工業(ye) 分公司副總經理王俊峰匯報了項目施工進度及安全生產(chan) 情況。

在工地現場仔細巡查後，胡友軍(jun) 對施工現場情況表示讚許。他說：“中糧（東(dong) 莞）榨油廠項目是東(dong) 莞市重大項目之一，是住建局重點關(guan) 注的項目。現在榨油廠工程正是施工的關(guan) 鍵時期，工期緊，施工任務重，但安全生產(chan) 不能放鬆。首先要落實安全生產(chan) 責任製度，做好重大危險源管理，嚴(yan) 格履行項目經理帶班製度。”

胡友軍(jun) 說：“工程施工過程是一個(ge) 動態的過程，危險源排查要隨時進行。從(cong) 每一個(ge) 洞口、每一處臨(lin) 邊等細節著手，及時排除安全隱患。榨油廠項目是重大國計民生項目，投資額大，設備安裝複雜，交叉作業(ye) 多，安全管理時刻都不能放鬆。眼下正是廣東(dong) 高溫酷暑季節，大家都非常辛苦。現場要備齊備足防暑降溫用品，關(guan) 愛工人身體(ti) 健康，及時疏導不良情緒，對工人實行人性化管理。”

主任工程師齊景春，技術負責人陸鋒等，方圓監理公司總監何彬等參加了會(hui) 議。
